Role of Ethical Leadership in Improving Employee Outcomes through the Work Environment, Work-Life Quality and ICT Skills: A Setting of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor

The China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a multi-billion transformative project. As most employ workforce from both countries, i.e., China creating fit cross-cultural setting quite challenging. In this context, study investigates role ethical leadership, workplace environment, work-life ICT skills (as moderator) on job-related outcomes, as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, team spirit. data were collected employing snowball sampling technique 609 upper middle-level employees working connected projects.
