Role of Ethical Leadership in Improving Employee Outcomes through the Work Environment, Work-Life Quality and ICT Skills: A Setting of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor

The China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a multi-billion transformative project. It expected that the CPEC will cause massive change in every sphere of life Pakistan, especially business organizations. successful accomplishment such huge project depends upon sustainable performance organizations associated with project, and largely their work environment quality life. As most employ workforce from both countries, i.e., China creating fit cross-cultural setting quite challenging. In this context, study investigates role ethical leadership, workplace environment, work-life ICT skills (as moderator) on job-related outcomes, as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, team spirit. data were collected employing snowball sampling technique 609 upper middle-level employees working connected projects. Obtained results subsequently analyzed using structural equation modeling help AMOS. uncover positive association between variables represented model, further revealed leadership positively enhances dimensions: relationships, personal growth, system maintenance change. Furthermore, these factors are also considered vital developing work-life, which eventually raises employee’s outcomes. Moreover, provides empirical justification for managers skill development an important catalytic factor employee invaluable policymakers understanding enablers productivity operating context megaproject (CPEC).
